Principal Project Technical Manager

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Project Technical Manager to oversee diverse engineering and logistics teams. This role involves managing EVMS, tracking cost/schedule impacts, and reporting key performance metrics. The position requires full-time, on-site work in Rancho Bernardo, CA or Palmdale, CA, with potential travel.

• Manage EVMS across engineering and logistic teams
• Decompose and track cost/schedule changes
• Create, validate, and report key performance metrics
• Schedule resources and remove roadblocks
• Coordinate with other project managers and leadership
