Empower is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for their Generative AI platform. This role involves translating business needs into technical requirements, prioritizing platform capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, data, cloud technologies, and product management.

• Own Generative AI platform vision, roadmap, and execution
• Partner with stakeholders to define product capabilities and technical requirements
• Lead Agile delivery and manage product priorities
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and architecture teams
• Define product requirements for performance, scalability, and security
• Evaluate emerging AI, ML, and cloud technologies
