(USA) Senior Director, Technical Program Management

Lead the business transformation of Walmart's future assortment and space experience by translating merchandising strategy into executable capabilities. You will orchestrate complex programs across Merchandising, Product, Technology, and Data Science, connecting work across organizational boundaries to simplify merchant tasks and deliver a connected experience from strategy through execution. This role requires deep merchandising knowledge, exceptional cross-functional leadership, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear direction.
