Director, Product Management

Fiserv, a global leader in Fintech and payments, is seeking a Director of Product Management to define and execute product vision and strategy for Embedded Finance products. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving business outcomes by translating customer needs and market opportunities into innovative product solutions.

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Embedded Finance products
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Translate market trends and customer insights into clear product plans
• Own product portfolio planning, roadmap prioritization, and lifecycle management
• 10+ years of experience in product management, fintech, or financial services
• 4+ years of experience leading product managers or cross-functional teams
