Manager, Product Development

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Development to join their Authentication Program Digital Innovation team in Lisbon. This role focuses on researching requirements, defining customer experiences, managing the product backlog, and developing customer-facing documentation for global digital payment products. The ideal candidate will have experience with agile mobile app development, cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and a strong understanding of market analysis and product feature definition.

• Manage product feature backlog for a collaborative team of product managers and engineers
• Define customer experience and consumer user journeys for product definition
• Research external requirements impacting globally deployed products
• Develop customer-facing product documentation for technical and business audiences
• Experience with agile delivery of native mobile apps or server-side backend applications
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
