Project Manager

As a Project Manager at JLL, you will lead the planning, design, construction, and handover of capital projects and facility upgrades. You will ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high standards for safety and quality in active high-tech business operations.

• Lead all phases of project delivery from setup to closeout
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and master schedules
• Direct and coordinate third-party partners including architects and contractors
• Implement and enforce strict Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols
• Manage change orders, contract negotiations, and progress payments
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
