Project Manager

CACI is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support their Photonics team, focusing on laser communications technology. This role involves developing and managing integrated master schedules, maximizing program performance through cost and risk management, and collaborating with team members to define and baseline work scope. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of project planning/management experience, and proficiency with MS Project.

• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project
• Maximize program performance through schedule, cost, and risk management
• Define, baseline, and manage work scope with team members
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and provide baseline estimates
• Track progress against baselines, perform risk assessments, and manage Earned Value metrics
• Requires 3+ years of project planning/management experience and MS Project proficiency
