About this role
As a Product Manager at RTX, you will own the full product lifecycle from development through end-of-life management. You will lead an Integrated Product Team, manage pricing strategy and profitability, and serve as the primary customer interface. This hybrid role in Windsor Locks, CT, requires a strong background in program or product management and the ability to drive product roadmaps.
What we are looking for
6- Full product lifecycle ownership (development, production, sustainment, end-of-life)
- Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Own pricing strategy and profitability outcomes
- Serve as primary accountable customer interface
- Develop and execute product and technology roadmap
- University Degree with 10+ years relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 7+ years experience
