Technical Program Manager

Visa is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs within the Commercial Solutions team. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive execution driver who can also step into hands-on project management when needed.

• Lead and coordinate large-scale programs with interdependent initiatives
• Orchestrate execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Cybersecurity teams
• Manage cross-program dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
• Drive accountability across stakeholders without direct authority
• Ensure end-to-end readiness for key milestones and deliverables
• Utilize Agile or hybrid execution frameworks and tools like Jira
