Engineering Program Manager

Lead complex engineering programs within the Imaging portfolio, driving the development and global deployment of machine vision technologies. You will translate strategy into executable plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage program execution from concept to sustainment. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with opportunities to impact the future of healthcare technology.

• Lead concurrent engineering programs for machine vision technologies
• Define program scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering activities (hardware, software, optics, etc.)
• Manage program execution using Agile, Scrum, waterfall, or hybrid methods
• Develop integrated schedules and manage critical path activities
• Experience in the Medical Device Industry
