Project Manager (AEC - Engineering)

Manage capital projects for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, advanced technology, food & beverage, and industrial sectors. You will lead project execution from concept to start-up, overseeing timelines, budgets, and client communications. This role requires a strong background in engineering and project management within the AEC industry.

• Manage facility MEP design build and design/bid/build projects
• Lead project execution through the entire project life cycle
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, scopes, changes, and risk
• Manage client communications and expectations
• Coordinate with local authorities and ensure code compliance
• Prepare proposals and participate in sales presentations
