Lead Technical Program Manager

Definitive Healthcare is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of strategic initiatives across Product and Engineering. This individual contributor role requires ownership of delivery outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and a data-driven approach to improve planning and execution processes for healthcare and life sciences data and analytics products.

• Manage cross-functional technical projects from initiation through delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and status reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and milestones
• Drive decision-making by clearly framing tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of program and project management practices
