Senior Product Manager, Software

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for a pharmacy automation software platform at BD, a global medical technology company. This role involves translating customer and market insights into an executable roadmap to improve efficiency and customer value.

• Own and evolve 2-3 year product strategy and roadmap
• Lead VOC, market research, and competitive intelligence
• Translate insights into prioritized user needs and business cases
• Partner with R&D, UX, and commercial teams from discovery to launch
• Support commercialization including positioning and launch planning
• Communicate roadmap updates and decisions to stakeholders
