Engineering Program Manager

Manage complex software programs and releases for Cisco's networking, routing, and automation portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies and product areas to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage cross-functional software programs and complex solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer experience teams
• Drive process improvements and optimize program planning
• Identify, analyze, and resolve program issues
• Track KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans
• Work in agile/waterfall environments using ALM tools like Jira
