Senior Project Manager, Corporate Events

FIRST is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead corporate events, managing all aspects from planning to reconciliation. This hybrid role requires strong project management, financial acumen, and vendor negotiation skills, with opportunities to mentor a team and deepen client relationships.

• Full life-cycle planning and execution of virtual, in-person, and hybrid events
• Financial management including budget development, expense management, and reconciliation
• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts for venues and suppliers
• Coordinate event logistics such as registration, F&B, transportation, and A/V
• Manage and mentor a team of up to 5 direct reports
• Proficiency in Cvent, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office
