Senior Product Manager, Agent Performance

Zillow is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and scale a network of high-performing agents. This role will define the strategy and execution plan for evolving performance management systems to support tens of thousands of agents, designing tools, incentives, and experiences that drive conversion. You will identify customer problems, define product goals, analyze data, and coordinate across teams to align product work with business strategy.
