Digital Product Manager – Adviser & Employer

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and optimization of digital experiences for advisers and employers at Mercer Super. This hybrid role requires collaboration with stakeholders and technology teams to enhance customer journeys and achieve business outcomes. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to retirement
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap
• Champion customer experience and usability
