About this role
Asana is seeking an AI Implementation Manager to join a new team focused on bringing their Service Management product to IT and service teams. This role involves partnering with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and scale AI workflows, acting as a hybrid of Customer Success, implementation consultant, and product strategist. You will accelerate customer value by guiding technical implementations, mitigating risks, and building reusable playbooks to scale the go-to-market motion.
