Leader of Software Product Management

Lead the global software product strategy and portfolio for warehouse management, execution, and control systems. This role involves defining product vision, translating customer needs into scalable software, and driving revenue growth and margin expansion in the supply chain and logistics technology sector.

• Define global software product vision, roadmap, and annual operating plans
• Measure software product and offering portfolio as a pseudo-P&L
• Lead portfolio prioritization across platforms, applications, and digital services
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Regional Leaders on commercial strategy
• Own product business cases, including revenue growth, margin, and pricing
• Engage with strategic customers to validate roadmap and ensure product-market fit
