Project Manager

Manage client projects and assignments at client sites, campuses, and facilities, coordinating with property management and tenant improvement teams. You will prepare project budgets and timelines, oversee consultants and construction teams, and manage project reports and requisitions.

• Prepare project budgets and timelines
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews
• Select, contract, and oversee consultants and construction teams
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices
• Support marketing of services to clients
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
