Technical Project Manager

Lead a Scrum Team within Cisco's Supply Chain IT department to deliver scalable solutions for global supply chain operations. You will guide the team through critical integrations, facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional partners to align technical deliverables with organizational goals.

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Track and report on team velocity and project health
• Remove technical impediments and shield team members from distractions
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize development
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for successful integration delivery
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management
