Program Manager, PMO

Stryker is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead medical product development projects from concept to commercialization within their Peripheral Vascular Division. This onsite role requires managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement in a highly regulated environment.

• Lead projects from concept through commercialization
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans
• Ensure adherence to divisional NPD governance processes
• Support PMO maturation and process implementation
• Minimum 8 years of experience in regulated industries
