Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Micron's Manassas Fab 6, you will drive the execution of new product introduction and technology insertion programs. You will manage program roadmaps, ensure readiness for high-volume manufacturing, and lead tool installation and qualification processes. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams and equipment suppliers to meet business priorities and optimize TIQ workflows.

• Develop and manage NPI/TIQ program roadmaps and phase-gate deliverables
• Lead tool installation, qualification, and reuse strategies
• Coordinate resource allocation and vendor engagement for new and reused tools
• Define qualification criteria and ensure fab readiness standards
• Standardize TIQ processes and implement optimization strategies
• Manage program scope, schedule, and cost using MS Project and Power BI
