Head of Product Management, HR Digital

Lead the global Product Management organization for HR Digital at Johnson & Johnson, defining and shaping end-to-end HR digital experiences. This role sets the strategy and operating model for identifying user needs, prioritizing investments, and developing AI-enabled digital solutions to enhance employee experience and drive business outcomes.

• Oversee a global portfolio of HR Digital products and experiences
• Lead and evolve the HR Digital product management operating model
