Program Manager

As a Services Program Manager, you will lead complex programs to ensure successful delivery of contractual, financial, and technical outcomes. You will manage program financials, stakeholder relationships, and risks while identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. This role requires strong leadership in a matrixed environment, effective cross-functional team coordination, and a focus on customer satisfaction and account growth.

• Lead program execution to meet schedule, cost, quality, and contractual commitments
• Manage day-to-day program operations and sustainment lifecycle
• Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact
• Proactively identify and pursue additional business within existing accounts
• Manage program financials, including budgets, invoicing, and cost performance
• Lead cross-functional and offshore teams in a heavily matrixed organization
