Senior Implementation Project Manager

Judi Health is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of client implementations for their pharmacy and medical benefit solutions. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful onboarding for employers, municipalities, and health plans.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new clients across pharmacy and medical benefits
• Develop and execute strategic implementation plans for PBM, medical, and integrated benefit clients
• Serve as the primary client lead throughout implementation, managing communications and delivering executive presentations
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
• Interpret self-funded plan SPDs and configure claim adjudication platforms
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts and third parties
