About this role

As a Technical Program Manager for EBO at 3M, you will lead new product introduction and sustaining programs from development to mass production. You will manage cross-functional engineering teams and serve as the primary technical escalation point for ferrule production processes, ensuring root cause analysis and resolution to maintain program schedules and quality.
