Project Manager

As a Project Manager at RTX, you will be instrumental in designing, creating, and maintaining project plans for a multi-year factory transformation and capacity expansion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, external contractors, and technical members, to monitor schedule performance and drive project success from initial design through operational implementation.

• Develop and maintain project plans using Primavera P6 or similar
• Perform Critical Path analysis and manage project baselines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and monitor schedule metrics
• Track and manage project budgets in coordination with finance
• Conduct schedule reviews and risk management assessments
• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of scheduling program experience OR Advanced Degree and 2+ years of scheduling program experience

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
