Insurance Specialist (On-site)

Newrez is seeking an Insurance Specialist to manage insurance records and ensure timely premium payments for escrowed loans. This role involves monitoring vendor work, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate system data. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Maintain insurance records and process premium disbursements
• Monitor insurance vendor performance and resolve customer issues
• Manage team email inbox and respond to inquiries
• Process daily import files and review rejected loans
• Analyze and pay monthly Lender-Placed Insurance bills
• Research insurance lines and respond to HOA inquiries
