About this role

Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join their Thermal Management team in Billerica, MA. This role focuses on liquid cooling products for data centers and AI/HPC, managing the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life. You will work with senior leadership to implement product management frameworks and drive cross-functional collaboration.

What we are looking for

Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and stage-gate governance
Assist in drafting MRDs, PRDs, roadmaps, and business cases
Utilize and champion standard product management tools
Partner with Marketing on product positioning and launch campaigns
Collaborate with Engineering to translate requirements into technical scope
Gather Voice of Customer feedback for product backlog refinement
