Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will own the product direction for Uniware's software portfolio, driving innovation and customer value. You will deeply understand customer needs and market opportunities to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. This role is key to our adoption of AI-DLC, leveraging AI to enhance product discovery and delivery while maintaining human oversight.

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Uniware portfolio
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive positioning
• Lead structured product discovery with customers and internal stakeholders
• Identify and prioritize new products, features, and improvements
• Lead Product participation in the AI-DLC process, leveraging AI tools responsibly
• Ensure successful product launches, adoption, and continuous improvement
