Product Engineering Group Director

Cadence is seeking an experienced Group Director to lead customer engagements in digital implementation and signoff. This role involves providing deep technical expertise, driving advanced-node enablement, and collaborating with R&D, field engineers, customers, and foundries to deliver scalable digital solutions. You will manage a team, mentor members, and ensure successful customer project execution from discovery to deployment.

• Manage digital implementation and signoff customer engagements
• Provide expert guidance in physical implementation, signoff, and verification
• Lead new process technology platform enablement
• Drive PPA realization through optimization and methodology development
