About this role

As a Product Manager, you will define the vision, roadmap, and measurable business value for AI-enabled digital products used by consulting professionals and clients. This role requires hands-on experience with modern AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to build repeatable workflows, create prototypes, and accelerate product delivery. You will translate business needs into product priorities, manage the product backlog, and partner with engineering to drive adoption and value realization.

What we are looking for

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled digital products
Own and maintain the product backlog, including prioritization and health
Apply mid-to-advanced proficiency with AI tools for workflow automation and prototyping
Partner with engineering and change management teams for product delivery and adoption
Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation for improved user outcomes
5+ years of experience in Product Management or similar role with AI fluency
