About this role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to own complex, cross-functional programs throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will drive execution excellence by managing integrated schedules, aligning dependencies, and ensuring delivery commitments are met on time and within budget. This role requires strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and the ability to lead executive-level communications.

End-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional programs
Manage integrated schedules, dependencies, and delivery commitments
Lead executive-level communications, risk management, and milestone reviews
5+ years of experience in Agile environments
Hands-on expertise with Jira and Smartsheet
Drive NPI and product release execution
