Apex Companies is seeking a Project Manager to assist with land development projects, including client coordination, contract negotiation, and budget management. This role involves supervising CAD designers and permit technicians, conducting construction observations, and communicating with various stakeholders. The position is hybrid and based in the Fort Myers, FL area.

• Manage land development projects including client coordination and contract negotiation
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Supervise CAD designers and coordinate with other departments and agencies
• Oversee permit applications and construction observations
• BS in Civil Engineering required
• 7+ years of land development experience preferred
