About this role

Guide next-generation silicon products from concept through high-volume production. Partner with cross-functional teams to align schedules, ensure quality and performance, and proactively address project risks. Communicate roadmaps to leadership and champion process improvements.

What we are looking for

Lead semiconductor ASIC programs from concept to manufacturing
Manage silicon development lifecycles (NPI, bring-up, qualification)
Build alignment and communicate across multidisciplinary engineering teams
Experience with ASIC/SoC development workflows
Familiarity with program management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Agile)
PMP or Agile certification is a plus
