• Manage program initiatives for Alternatives Fund Services
• Define project plans, product roadmaps, and business cases
• Utilize AI technology for process efficiencies
• Document program schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Communicate project status and improvements to senior stakeholders
• Partner with technology and Operations for reporting enhancements
