Senior Project Manager

Clark is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the Owner's Representative, overseeing projects from concept through closeout. You will be the main client contact, ensuring alignment between the owner's vision, budget, and schedule with the design team, contractors, and vendors.

• Act as Owner's Representative and direct liaison
• Lead project development from feasibility to occupancy
• Manage master budget and schedule, monitoring costs
• Oversee procurement of consultants and contractors
• Resolve design conflicts and construction disputes
• Prepare executive-level status reports
