Technical Product Manager, Data Strategy

Vanguard is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for master and reference data products. You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to build reliable, well-governed data solutions that improve client outcomes and enable better decision-making across the organization. This role involves hands-on work with SQL and data profiling to define requirements, ensure data quality, and troubleshoot production issues.

• Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for master and reference data products
• Partner with data engineering, analytics, and business teams on data management best practices
• Use SQL and data profiling to explore data and validate requirements
• Translate business needs into actionable data product requirements
• Guide delivery teams on data product practices and agile methodologies
• Improve data quality, usability, consistency, and trust across the organization
