About this role

Lead the product strategy and performance for nVent's Retail & Specialty Brands, focusing on the King Innovation & Gardner Bender portfolios. This role involves end-to-end product lifecycle management, from innovation and roadmap development to commercial execution across various channels, while driving growth and margin expansion.

What we are looking for

Define and execute 3-5 year product and category strategy
Own category P&L performance, including revenue and margin targets
Lead new product innovation and multi-year product roadmap
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers
Monitor financial outcomes and drive corrective actions
