Deputy Manager - Product Management

Manage product portfolio for an assigned vertical, driving growth through marketing planning, new product launches, and customer value proposition development. This role involves close collaboration with R&T, Sales, Production, and customers to create and execute growth plans, product communication materials, and brand visibility strategies.

• End-to-end product management including literature, packaging, pricing, and promotional tools
• Assess and track product portfolio relevance to customer needs
• Track sales and margin growth, adjust strategies for new markets
• Identify opportunities for new product development and enhancement
• Develop and implement product launch strategies
• Conduct market assessment for VOC and market potential
