Staff Product Manager, Search Algorithms

Faire is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of search algorithms for their wholesale platform. This role will focus on enhancing the discovery experience for retailers by improving search functionality and leveraging machine learning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and company leadership to drive strategy and product innovation.

• Develop and execute strategy for search algorithms
• Improve search query segments and identify improvement opportunities
• Refine metrics to understand retailer search experience
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs for velocity, scale, cost, and modularity
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams
• 7+ years of experience in product or technical role at a high-growth tech startup
