Amenity Project Manager

PulteGroup is seeking an Amenity Project Manager to plan and execute amenity campus programming, coordinating with various internal teams and external agencies. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and consultant teams to ensure successful development and completion of amenities.

• Plan amenity campus programming
• Manage amenity budget, schedule, and cash flow
• Coordinate with municipalities and government agencies
• Select and manage consultant teams
• Solicit, analyze, and award trade bids and contracts
• Review design and construction documents
