About this role
Rabobank is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Risk Culture Pillar within a critical regulatory uplift program. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage complex dependencies, and partner across business, risk, compliance, operations, and technology to achieve strategic and regulatory objectives in a highly regulated financial services environment. This is a 24-month fixed-term contract role requiring strong leadership and stakeholder management.

- Develop and manage integrated program schedules, milestones, and dependencies
- Coordinate planning and delivery across multiple program workstreams
- Identify and resolve cross-program risks and delivery issues
- 10+ years experience delivering complex programs in financial services
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
