Principal Technical Product Manager, Direct-to-Consumer

Hasbro is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of a unified direct-to-consumer platform. You will own the end-to-end fan journey, from storefront discovery to post-purchase support, and set product strategy for front-end experiences, backend commerce systems, and operational workflows. This role involves managing a team, partnering with various departments, and driving improvements in order reliability, efficiency, and customer experience.

• Own product vision and roadmap for DTC ecosystem
• Align front-end experience with backend capabilities
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture on Salesforce OMS integrations
• Lead initiatives to simplify and automate high-volume workflows
• Grow automation across end-to-end workflows
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Program Managers
