Technical Product Owner

Arriva is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join their Digital & Commercial Platforms team, based in Luton or Green Lane. You will be responsible for supporting and developing the Contactless Electronic Ticket Machine (cETM) platform and associated technologies that are critical to customer and operational experience.

• Act as the operational owner and subject matter expert for cETM systems
• Manage configuration, maintenance, and operational readiness of ticketing technologies
• Provide second-line support and manage incidents
• Monitor system performance and ensure service level agreements are met
• Maintain data quality and governance for fares, scheduling, and operational information
• Support suppliers, local authorities, and internal stakeholders with technical integrations
