HR Project Manager

Ameriprise Financial is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead strategic Human Resources initiatives from planning through implementation. This role requires a hands-on leader to partner with HR leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to drive complex projects, manage dependencies, and ensure successful business outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic HR initiatives
• Partner with HR leaders, Centers of Excellence, and Technology teams
• Drive cross-functional execution across multiple workstreams
• Manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Implement HR technology, operating model changes, and process improvements
• Identify change impacts and support organizational readiness
