Sr. Project Manager

Syner-G is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated Verification and Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) programs for large-scale GMP-regulated capital projects. This role ensures C&Q activities are integrated throughout the project lifecycle, from design through operational handover, applying a verification-based approach.

• Lead integrated Verification and C&Q Program across full project lifecycle
• Establish and implement project-specific verification strategies aligned with ASTM E2500
• Manage C&Q scope, budget, schedule, resource planning, and risks
• Serve as primary C&Q point of contact for project leadership and stakeholders
• Develop detailed C&Q execution plans, staffing strategies, and performance metrics
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary C&Q teams
