Product Manager (People Systems)

Lead Wellcome's People Systems team as a Product Manager, shaping and executing the strategy for our HR technology, including Workday. You will oversee the design, build, and maintenance of these critical systems, ensuring they enhance employee experience and support our global mission to improve health for everyone. This role is key to making Wellcome an exceptional place to work.

• Develop and implement People Systems strategy and roadmap
• Oversee design, build, testing, and maintenance of HR systems, primarily Workday
• Manage Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Payroll
• Lead the People Systems team and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure systems maximize functionality and enhance user experience
• Experience developing People Systems strategy and extensive Workday expertise
