What we are looking for

Drive product vision and execution for internal tools including CRM, workflow automation, and analytics
Blend strategy with technical depth, including SQL, Snowflake, and observability tools
Prototype with precision using leading-edge design processes
Partner with Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality products
3-10 years of product management experience, fintech experience a plus
Hands-on technical fluency and proven success building internal tools or workflow platforms
